Description
SUPER REPAIR MORTAR is a high strength polymer cement grout based on high quality industrial cement and quartz sand. When mixed into water, it will be slurry mixture, high working ability.
Application
SUPER REPAIR MORTAR is used for repairing, patching or leveling horizontal or vertical surfaces. Moisture resistance for concrete.
Applications such as:
– Create a slope surface for loads
– Repairing underground or floating structures of civil and industrial construction items.
– Fill void, gap and flatten concrete surface

Construction
Surface preparation
Surface preparation is an important stage before construction
Concrete surface has a firm structure, clean mortars, cut iron ends, free of grease or impurities.
The above impurities should be cleaned by high-pressure spraying or similar methods
The concrete surface before applying the mortar layer should be chiseled and roughened to increase the adhesion of the mortar layer
Mixing materials:
Mix with a mixer
Add 80% of the water needed to mix into the tank, keep the machine running continuously, slowly add SUPER REPAIR MORTAR and mix for 2 minutes. Add the rest of the water and continue mixing for 2 minutes to get a homogeneous mixture. Take care not to lump as it is not mixed well
The amount of water needed to mix: 4.5 – 5.0L of clean water for a SUPER REPAIR MORTAR 25kg bag depending on the required consistency and concrete surface
Plastering
Apply SUPER REPAIR MORTAR right after mixing. If the concrete surface is too dry, it can be saturated by spraying water on it.
Apply 01 layer for the required thickness: 2 -3mm; apply 02 coats on the thickness: from 5mm. Maximum thickness applied: 15mm.
