DESCRIPTION
SUPER BARRA LASTIC is a two component waterproofing coating, component A is a liquid polymer and component B is a premixed powder. Combining these two components will create a smooth, smooth, homogeneous mixture that has a high adhesion on most surfaces.
Products are made from synthetic polymer, cement and some other additives.
SUPER BARRA LASTIC can be used for drinking water, neutral, non-toxic.
USE FOR
SUPER BARRA LASTIC is formulated to be used as an effective waterproofing membrane on a variety of surfaces. Applications for:
• Waterproofing layer for the inside of water tanks, reservoirs, manholes, planter tanks etc. before tiling or other finishing steps.
• Waterproofing of terraces, balconies, kitchens and toilets,
• Waterproofing of walls and basements….
• Waterproofing bridges and overpasses before making exterior layers to protect concrete from rain-proofing

USER MANUAL
Prepare the surface
Good surface preparation is important to achieve the best quality
The surface must be firm, hard, clean, free of dirt, grease and other impurities.
Cement debris, mortar or formwork should be cleaned with a grinding machine, high-pressure water jet or some other method.
Repair surface damage such as voids, honeycomb holes … with mortar mixed with Super Latex additive to have a flat surface
Saturate the surface by spraying or watering it onto the surface before applying SUPER BARRA LASTIC, however there is no standing water.
How to mix
Mixing ratio: 1 A: 2.5 B
The material should be mixed with a slow speed paint mixer or hand drill fitted with an appropriate mixing blade. Run the mixer and slowly pour component B (powder). Mix continuously for about 3 minutes until the product is a homogeneous mixture. Add the rest of part A and continue to mix.
Construction
Apply SUPER BARRA LASTIC with a roller or paintbrush to the prepared surface.
Layer 4 – 6 hours apart depending on weather conditions, when class 1 has dried. Apply the second layer perpendicular to the first layer.
MAINTENANCE
Protect SUPER BARRA LASTIC from drying out too quickly due to high temperatures or strong winds. Should be maintained by wet sacks, plastic cover surface.
TOILET
Clean tools and equipment with water before the waterproofing layer hardens
TERMS OF USE
The minimum dosage for SUPER BARRA LASTIC is 1 -1.5kg / m2 for a 0.5 to 0.75 mm thick film per layer. Actual consumption content depends on the applied surface, construction method and technical requirements of the project.
Therefore, the average required material consumption is about 2kg / 2 layers / m2 for an average thickness of 1mm.
PACK
SUPER BARRA LASTIC is packed including: 35kg / set. Component A: 10kg / plastic can; Component B: 25kg / multi-layer paper bag.
PRESERVATION
SUPER BARRA LASTIC is used within 12 months from the date of manufacture if stored in a cool, dry and original package
