GRINDING GM-F – Self-flowing mortar no shrinkage
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Non-shrink, non-shrink grout GM-F is a ready-mixed, high-strength, self-leveling, non-shrink grout.
 
SCOPE OF APPLICATION:
Self-flowing non-GM grout F-F for:
– Anchor equipment and machine to the foundation
– Anchor leg prefabricated columns
– Anchor bearings
– Concrete reinforcement and repair jobs
SPECIFICATIONS:
– Appearance: gray powder
– Styrofoam density: 1.4 ± 0.5 kg / l
– Water ratio: 13 ¸ 17% dry mortar
– Flow (in tube Suttat): 24 ¸ 26 cm
– Elongation: 0.0 ¸ 0.2 mm / md

USER MANUAL
Clean surface before grouting
– Ensure formwork is tight
– Moisten the surface before pouring grout
– GM-F mortar can be mixed mechanically or manually: 1 kg of dry mortar mixed with 13% to 17% water. The dough component is gradually added to the anticipated amount of water to give the required consistency. The mixing process is maintained until the mortar reaches homogeneity. Mixing time is about 2-4 minutes.
– Moisturize for at least 3 days after applying the mortar
PACKING, STORAGE:
– GM-F is supplied in 25 kg bags.
– Preserved in dry, cool place
– Shelf life: 12 months
